Making Money With Google Adsense?

Actually I know this Google Adsense affiliate since years ago. You will putting the Google ads on your website, and you will get paid for every click made by your unique visitor. What is unique visitor ? To put it simple, a visitor with the different IP address and location. That way, it will prevents you from a fraud click.
I started to try it out, and it’s been only up for a month until now.
No, I’m not successed (yet) or anything like that. I made tons of failures. I only want to write a few stories and reports about it =)
So, in early of March, somehow I remember about this kind of business again. I also met with my old-fellas who right now make a … well, decent living through Adsense and other affiliates program. Not just him, but also Mirza and … wait, I forgot his real name.
All these dudes have been playing such kind of affiliates for year(s), and based on their information, they generate pretty well amount of money.
Money is not a bad thing, instead it’s a good thing, right? Who doesn’t want a good kind of passive income? Not so long after that, I started to make my first site, about today’s technology. Not like I’m an expert on the field, but at least I love to do it.
Then, after I got the domain name, I started to installing the blog on my site, and creating the posts. Since I only have 2 hands… it’s impossible for me to bust myself stacking up the database in relatively short period of time.
I always know that a good site takes time, months even years before it has a good quality in content; but all I want just a Niche website that time.
I was thinking “Nothing to lose, it’s only a trial site anyway”

So, I found this Script that will stealing other websites posts, and re-published them on my website. Voila, I made hundreds of posts within a week. Soon enough, I started get indexed by Google robot.
Then, I started to optimized my website targeting for Search Engine. Actually, you can call it abusing. I was flooding my Post-Meta with all possible keywords. Not for so long, I started gained Visitors from Google, approximately 200-300 / day. The Adsense report started generating few dollars a day.
“Not bad for a website with duplicated contents…”
I know that was wrong though. So, I started to re-write the interesting articles that I found from major Websites, and published it in my own words, while I started to deleting the old duplicated contents.
However, I was late. Google already knew that my site was nothing more than a duplicated website. I received 30-filter penalty 4 days ago. Means, if you expect to see my website/post on the first page on Google Result, it jumps back to page 31. So, shortly, I lost all of major visitor from Google.
Since that day, I started to know that Google also has a policy for submitting a website to Google directory (Oh my God, I’m so slow! — yes I am). I resend my “Reconsideration Request” to Google. Not sure for how long until my website will be off from the penalty, but I learnt many things.
Just advices for a new-website in a Google-wise-factor
- MFA* (made for adsense) Niche website has a greater possibility to get banned by Google
- Never duplicating contents from other websites as much as possible;
- especially when you start to make a new website.
- Don’t abuse your website with all unnecessary keywords, it will be considered as a SPAM.
More than this, you can read a guideline from Google on how to make a SEO Friendly Website.
Even I got baned right now (not sure for permanent or temporarily), I’m pretty much gained a lot of informations around this SEO world. What I wrote above basically just a very basic knowledge of Google. There also many other factors that also important in building a good website for traffic, but I should cut myself writing for now.
Actually… I’m thinking, those who Know Nothing About SEO are more likely be able to make a better website than those who knew… well, sometimes ;)
