Do As Infinity for AnimeFest, Dallas Gets Canceled :(

I was so overjoyed when I heard that my ever most favorite band from Japan, Do As Infinity will visiting USA and have a live concert here. They planned to come here during the Anime Festival in Dallas, Texas in September 2009. Even though I haven’t booked the plane ticket and room reservation, I am still pissed that apparently they couldn’t come here. What make it worse is the reason why they couldn’t make it…

“Due to the increasing US border security and new travel visa processing delays we are unable to get approval for Do As Infinity to perform at AnimeFest. It is with regret that AnimeFest must announce the cancellation of our musical guest. AnimeFest would like to thank AVEX and Do As Infinity for their steady commitment and all of their efforts in trying to help make this event a reality.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”

What the hell? What could possibly go wrong in USA when a musical guest visiting their country? Massive Destruction using the electric guitar? Or coughing a Trojan virus while singing on the stage? Oh wait, probably Anime Otakus are the hidden of the lost NAZI society, and they’re spreading so fast in this country like cancer. I can’t think right anymore, this is just silly.

The fact that Morning Musume who visited USA last week in L.A, and VAMPS (Hyde) who will do US-Tour starting next week until August… The US embassy in Japan must be a Yaoi and Roricon! >:(

I hope DAI will have a chance to visit this country again someday. And I feel sorry for all of my friends who already booked the plane ticket and room :(
